Online Ordering

SRS now accepts online orders from all countries. We accept prepayment wire transfers on any order, and we accept credit card (VISA and Mastercard) payments from most countries. We also offer Net 30 Day payment terms to US customers and many international customers. To order online, click here.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders may be placed online (see above) or by phone, fax, mail or email. Our terms are typically Net 30 Days.

Shipping

Online orders will ship by either UPS or Federal Express. You will be presented with all available shipping options. The FOB point for online orders is Sunnyvale, CA 94089.

Submitted (not online) purchase orders can specify other shipping methods, and we do accept FOB Sunnyvale or FOB Destination orders.

Discounts

A 5 % discount is available for a quantity order of 15 or more units of a single model.

Delivery

Most of our products are available from stock. Products are normally shipped within a few days after receipt of an order.

Additional Charges

Any deviation from our standard method of order processing and invoicing is subject to a 2.5 % charge. Deviations include third party billing, online ordering/invoicing, payment terms exceeding 30 days, and others. There is a $30 fee for customers paying by wire transfer. There is a $500 handling charge for Letter of Credit or CAD orders. Custom duties and/or tariffs imposed by the destination country are to be paid by the purchaser.
