Troubleshooting Guide
1) Instrument is unresponsive to front-panel button presses
Try a power-up reset. Turn the power off, then while holding the BSP key down, turn the power back on. After two seconds release the BSP key. If this doesn't correct the problem the instrument will need to come back to SRS for service. Click here to get an RMA number.
2) There is no signal at one of the channel outputs
Most likely, the output stage transistor is damaged and needs replacing. If your instrument is old, it may have an MRF965 transistor at the output. If it is new, it will have a small assembly in a socket instead of the MRF965. In either case, you will need to replace either the MRF965 or the assembly with a new assembly (part number 534 ASSY).

3) Front panel pulse outputs look distorted
