If you are having problems with your FS740 you can call us at (408)744-9040 and speak with an engineer, or email us using our technical support request form. If you wish to send the instrument back to SRS for service click here.

If you wish to try and fix the problem yourself, the user manual may be useful, and the following troubleshooting guide may be helpful too.

Troubleshooting Guide

1) I want to upgrade my FS740 with the optional OCXO or Rubidium timebase

If you want to upgrade your existing FS740 with the optional OCXO or Rubidium timebase (opt. 1 or opt. 2), you can either send your instrument back to SRS for service or you can try installing the option yourself.

1) I want to use a USB to ethernet adapter for communication

If you are still having trouble your FS740, it will need to come back to SRS for service. Click here to get an RMA number.
