MPA100 Tech Support

If you are experiencing trouble with your MPA100 or MPA120 you can either send your instrument back to SRS for service, or you can try and fix the problem yourself. If you wish to send the instrument back now click here.

MPA100 Troubleshooting Guide

Symptom 1 — Instrument melts substances but can't determine the melting point

With the MPA100 software, you won't see the capillaries in the software. The instrument will not be able to calculate melting point.

Most likely the camera board (PCB) in your MPA needs replacing. The replacement part to order is CAMERA-BRD. You can order it by clicking here.
