If you are having problems with your UGA you can call us at (408)744-9040 and speak with an engineer, or email us using our technical support request form. If you wish to send the instrument back to SRS for service click here.

If you wish to try and fix the problem yourself, the user manual may be useful, and the following troubleshooting guide may be helpful too.

Troubleshooting Guide

Symptom 1 — You wish to send back just the RGA from your UGA for service.

Symptom 2 — Turbo pump needs to be replaced.

Symptom 3 — Having problems interfacing with UGA over ethernet interface.

Make sure the UGA IP address and subnet mask are set properly from the UGA front panel. Check if the UGA can be pinged from the host computer. The most frequent problem is the firewall of the host computer blocks communication. Disable the firewall and try communicating with the UGA again.
